Founder/CEO

Tahir Ibrahim is a seasoned horticulturist with extensive experience in the cannabis industry. After completing his Master of Science in Plant Science at The Ohio State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Horticulture from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, he embarked on a career marked by leadership in cultivation and operational excellence.

Tahir transitioned into the cannabis industry in 2018 as the Director of Cultivation at SNDL Inc., where he managed operations of a large-scale indoor cannabis cultivation facility. His innovative approach led to optimized plant health, increased yields, and higher ROI through refined nutrient, pest management, and irrigation programs. He also developed SOPs in compliance with GACP and EU-GMP standards.

In 2020, he became the Director of Production / Master Grower at Glasshouse Botanics, overseeing both indoor and outdoor cultivation. His expertise in environmental controls and nutrient management significantly boosted production efficiency and output.

As the Director of Customer Experience at C15 Solutions, Tahir implemented electronic Quality Management Systems for cannabis operators across various sectors, enhancing operational efficiency and compliance.

Currently, Tahir is an Adjunct Professor of Cannabis Science & Horticulture at Stautzenberger College, where he develops and delivers curriculum on cannabis cultivation. He also advises Dalia’s Microgreens, a venture inspired by his passion for agriculture and business education.

Tahir is dedicated to advancing the cannabis industry through strategic leadership and innovation. His extensive experience in horticultural crop production, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance makes him a valuable consultant.
